The agreement between you and the BanglaVisionShop shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-

1. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the Shopping services of BanglaVisionShop you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

3. Delivery Area Only Bangladesh.

4. All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in USD.

5. All payments have to be made via Credit Card only.

6. BanglaVisionShop will be responsible for the quality of products. However, if the quality of product is not found up to the mark you can lodge your complaints to this web site owner.

7. If gifts like flowers, cakes, sweets etc. are not available in the respective city or town then BanglaVisionShop is responsible to contact with the owner of the gift ordered for any alternative option.

8. Delivery process will commence only after the approval and confirmation of your credit card. BanglaVisionShop guarantees the delivery service within the right time. However, delivery may be delayed due to any uncontrollable circumstances like flood, storm, strike, fire, accident, earthquake, riot, wrong destination address etc. If delivery is not possible due to any uncontrollable reason then you will have a right to get 100% refund of your money (only money exchange fee will be deducted from your original amount of money).

9. For your privacy, BanglaVisionShop is committed not to disclose any of your personal information to any other person or third party without your permission.

10. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of BanglaVisionShop.

11. BanglaVisionShop reserves the right to refuse to service or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied.

12. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. BanglaVisionShop will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

13. On receipt of your purchase orders BanglaVisionShop shall promptly (depending on the mode of payment) forward the order to the Vendor and collect the products and deliver the products to the recipient (as written on your order form) defined by you.

14. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you BanglaVisionShop for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

15. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. BanglaVisionShop reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), BanglaVisionShop has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of www.banglavisionshop.com This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
